You can get them painted or wrapped as an option. Personally I feel wrap is better because it can be removed any time, there are types made for this functionality alone and they look amazing. I've attached a pic of mine with a custom lexus logo I made for it. These are also reflective at night.

Also you can check out this link to see what they look like at night:

To close, I would say, keep in mind your lexus RC is not fast at all :P , jk , but the big brakes we have are more than sufficient unless your planning to get more HP. Still I would advise the wrap as opposed to investing in Brembo's etc until you cross that bridge!

I had mine powder coated, and since the car is red, I had to go with something a little more subtle.

Thank you! I bought the logo vinyls from ebay a very very long time ago. It came with around 9 or 10 individual pieces in different sizes. I still haven't wrapped my rear calipers yet but when I do, I plan to use the smaller print outs for that. I'll share those pics eventually too. Here's a link to something similar to what I bought for the vinyls:

Hope this helps!

If you're interested in wrapping your calipers, I put something together awhile back that should help you. There are links of where to purchase everything and how I applied it all. Good luck and take pictures if you go this route.
