thanks for the info bro

i called my friend from Lexus and he said my dealership send them offsite but i can bring it to them. ill probably bring it in today or tomorrow for an estimate

She's finally going in for repair tomorrow. The other party accepted liability, thank God.

But threw on some 20" Concept Ones today so she it'll be a sweeter hello when she's all done

thought I'd give you guys an UPDATE
just picked up my RC from the shop today and she's good as new.
Everything went smooth with insurance. The other party took full liability and put me in a 2016 Chrysler 300c for the last 2 weeks. Took it to one of the top rated shops in my area called Schiro's Collision Repair. I must say, the best shop I've ever dealt with. They were very informative and kept me updated. Even hooked me up with painting and installing a trunk lip spoiler I ordered.

Ah lucky! The lady that hit me admitted fault at the time, and then turned around and told the insurance company that I hit her... I had to end up filing through my own insurance and paying for my own damages... car is in the shop right now, but they have put the repair on hold to reinspect the damages now that they have pulled me bumper off... currently driving a Infinit Q70, and let me tell you..... I miss my RC so much. Cant wait to get it back and have it looking brand new again.

Gratz on getting it fixed!

Always call the Police.

I once had a guy who offered to settle up if I didn't contact insurance. Okay... I still called the police. Then after the police ticketed him and they left I followed him back to his shop. He wanted me to drop my car off at his buddies shop. I asked about a rental as my insurance would provide one. He pointed to a beat up van in his parking lot... It ended with me calling the insurance company, and he had a ticket to prove it was his fault.

According to my insurance company, the laws in Texas have changed to where the police will not write a report, or even come out to the site of the accident, unless someone is injured. Since mine was a minor scratch on the car I doubt they would have showed up. Also my claims adjuster told me that since this law has passed, they have had plenty of cases where this has happened. It ends up being word vs word every time.

That sucks! Say you have whiplash or post traumatic stress. They are both injuries. An old man I hit got $80k from my insurance company for post traumatic stress back in 2007. Better yet, tell them if the police don't show up there's going to be an injury.

I have a front and rear dash cam with a fairly wide view. But I don't think that would help in your case.
