Rc for a loaner
Wife IS's battery keeps dying so she received an rc200t. pretty nice but she turned on cool button for her seat and her lower back started blazing. She's like did I turn on the heater??? no, so she felt better just having all options off.....returning it today

it is not a seat cooler, it is seat ventilation. all it is, is 2 fans in the seat that circulate the ambient air in the cab. if the air is hot the fans will circulate hot air.
however, if the seat is getting hot from the fans running, I would advise the dealer something may be wrong before someone gets hurt. there have been instances with ventilated seat fans catching fire, I don't think it has been Lexus, but I have read about it from Lincoln and GM.
