28 mpg hwy in eco mode @85 mph (only used it once for about 50 miles on a trip, don't like it)
26 mpg hwy in sport+ mode @85 mph (only mode I use)

19 mpg average. Mix of city/hwy/idle (remote start) and I get on it a lot (like every time I accelerate). Probably 60%+ hwy though.

Edit: A/C is never off.

I hear you. I tired ECO mode once,and didn't like it either. I'm getting about the same mileage as you, and my AC is never off either.

14.1 MPG here. My commute to work is 11.25 miles (~20-35 mins) but I'm in the city and hopping on and off the highway -- bumper to bumper is unavoidable. I do like to getting into the higher RPMS and often drive with the AC/on windows down...

I did try the commute while behaving a few times.. 19 mpg was the result

I've been driving in manual mode a lot more and my average mpg is about 18 now. I like to hear the engine, so I let it run a little higher in gears than auto does. I'm still getting used to it.

This is the first automatic transmission sports car that I've ever owned. When I bought it I figured the automatic would help to keep me out of trouble by reducing my urge to floor it. Now I don't think it matters.

In my RC350 AWD I average around 16mpg. My daily drive to and from work is all back road hills, both up and down. It's a bit disappointing as my my 08 IS350 ran around 19mpg for the same commute. I always drive in ECO mode for my commute.

My impression is ECO mode doesn't improve MPG . I don't know, maybe it is just me.

I'm coming to the same conclusion myself. I installed a Apexi throttle control last week. I am planning on trying double ECO mode (car and controller) as a last ditch effort to bring my MPG up.
