Default Side Mirror Question

I know I should probably read the owners manual before asking this question but hopefully someone can answer this quickly for me before I lug the manual out of the glove box.

When I put the car in reverse my passenger mirror pans down and the driver mirror pans up. I rather have them stay in place. Anyone know hope to stop them from moving when in reverse?

Much thanks in advance for your help!

Just make sure both mirrors are unselected - both button lights are off.

Awesome thanks so much. Thought I had them unselected but apparently not.
