16 days with the New RC350
Guys,
after rolling in my SC300 since the 90's with 463K on the odometer. I decided to move the weekend road trip duties over to the Blue RC350 with the F Sport option. The dealer brought out all the bells and whistles when I closed the deal. I even got a nice gift basket to start the new year.
The car has a lot of similarities to my old SC ( Its a two door coupe) Smiles.
Everyone who looks at the back seat, ask me why are they even there. But those looks are deceiving, the rear seats will accommodate a most adults comfortably.
The driving experience is great. Still adjusting to the drive by wire accelerator and reading that Novel they call a manual. LOL

Thanks,
I am working on locating paint protectors now. I am debating on which is better, the dealer option or going with a private company for installation.

This car is still great to drive.

I can't believe, only 1 timing belt tensioner has been replaced in 463K miles, amazing..... Just for "craps and giggles" by any chance to you have a running total of what the service has cost you over the years..

I not really ran a total, but about 2.5K I guess.
Thanks,
the car to me, still has a lot of the SC Traits. Its a great driving car for the road etc. Very smooth ride on the expressway running speeds of 70MPH or more.
I just put 900 miles on it over the weekend. Average 24 MPG, I guess after the engine gets broken in it will pull that 26 MPG Highway as advertised.
