I like the stitching better on the RC F than the RC 350 F Sport. My seats are pretty black and don't know why the pic shows them a lighter color.

I hear you about the price differences. When I had my 2011 Camaro 2LT/RS it was a $31K car. In Canada where they were built the same car was $40K. Definitely not fair.
