Default Nav Issues

I can't seem to understand how this navigation works. I even went to the dealer and they agree.

I've inputted destinations in numerous places: edestination (and uploaded to car), address book and the short cuts ("Go Home, #1, #2 etc).

Now, voice command works when you say "Go Home" but if you say "Go to Work", or "Go to Frank" etc...it doesn't work.

Why would you need to have multiple places to input addresses and destinations if the voice command doesn't recognize them? I mean, if you're supposed to drive "hands-free", using that mouse pad and clicking through 6 different menus to get a destination isn't so seamless.

Also, having the ability to "End Nav" or "Mute Nav" should be an option on the Map itself.

Maybe check if you have expanded voice commands option selected in settings?

You can easily access your presets on the row of numbers on the bottom of destination menu. Voice is pretty much limited to "Go home", "Enter address", "Find POI" for navigation stuff.
