I;m using it on my iPhone 5. Works fine with no problems. Maybe the app on the car has to be updated first? Someone updated the app on my car before I took it.

Here's an update. I called the Lexus help line again, and talked to "Liz" and explained my problems in logging on to the site from my computer. This was Tuesday and she promised she would look into it and call my back by Friday. She called Friday, had solved the problem with linking my various accounts to my Drivers.com account, and I logged on while she was on the phone (iPhone 5). For some reason, Firefox did not work and gave me strange error notices, but I opened up Windows Explorer and everything went fine (Windows 7, 64 bit).
Using the web pages, I can go into eDestinations, create folders and add addresses into them, then send all of that to the car. In the car, the eDestinations, which I think is under POI, not Addresses, will then download the folders and the destinations. Very smooth.
Also, the Enform Remote App now works, allowing me to start and stop the car remotely, lock and unlock the doors, and check the status of the vehicle (cannot put windows up or down). Another module will show you the location of the car on your phone, but it looks to me like it shows the "last parked" location - this is designed to help you find your car in a parking lot. Tracking of a stolen car via GPS is available, but not on an owner's phone or computer. Finally, there is a set of profiles you can activate when you lend your car to someone else: for each profile, you set the distance, speed and some other parameters, and you will get a message if those parameters are exceeded - useful for lending the car to a friend or a teenage daughter, or when given to a valet (very low numbers here). You can adjust all the parameters for all of the profiles. Very neat. I did not even know my car had remote start, which used to be a $400.00 option with a 25' range.
All of this is free for one year, then costs several hundred a year to stay subscribed.
As for the problems, the "Tech Specialist" at my dealership did not return any of my 4 or five calls, but the Lexus Help Center was excellent at solving the problem.

Just curious, is there anything you did to finally get it working 17 days later. I have been back and forth with support and they have no clue. They just keep telling me to wait an additional 48 hours, so far it's been a two week ordeal.

Guys,
I had the similar issues with Enform remote. I posted my concerns on another thread before I saw this one. It took them approximately 2 1/2 weeks days to get my remote to work using a DROID OS.

I feel that for something Lexus wants you to pay an annual fee to use, all of the bugs should be non existent. Activating this App shouldn't be so time consuming. I almost know my VIN number by memorization, its been asked by tech support so many times. WOW.
I know they will want the annual renewal payment faster than 12-17 days of payment due... you will know the app probably will be non functional.

If Lexus is still in the testing phase of this new software/service. They should not look into charging for this, until its fully functional. I can only think this is why they are incorporating this as a first year free offer.
Your thoughts?

I was credited an extra month free for the inconvenience. That's not much, but better than nothing.

I was finally able to get this to work after speaking to the Technology Specialist at the dealership. He got it fixed within 5 hours.

Amazing what he was able to do, seeing as Enform support had two weeks and got nowhere.

When I bought my RC, the tech specialist at the dealership asked if he could borrow my phone to set up the Enform apps. By the time the paperwork was done with the salesman and the tags were on the car, my Enform system was working. I'm surprised any dealer would let the car off the lot before taking care of this. It just seems that it is too easy for owners to have a problem setting it up themselves and then give Lexus a black eye for it. Handling it at the dealership has to have better results and thus better satisfaction by buyers.

Default enform working

You have to download to your phone, sign up and then get in your car and press SOS and they will connect it for you on the spot.

I have New NX and it works great. I installed the lexus enform remote and the only issue I have with it is I want ALERTS to text me when there is an alert. It only sends an email which I dont see till I check my emails.

Anyone know if I can get it to send alerts to my text on my phone instead of emails??

What I love about enform remote is that I can lock or unlock my doors and start the car remotely from my phone. Works Great

Default enform remote

when using remote, do you get alerts to your email only or can you get them to text you cell Phone?

I don't want to have to always open email when there is an alert.

The setup was not immediate-my status on the app was pending probably for 12 hours.

Hope that helps! The remote is awesome and since it has been -6 degrees in colorado, it's been awesome when I'm at work to remote start the car.
Ditto , exactly what I did. Started out with an I-phone 5 and now have the I-phone 6. My account set up also took over night. It works like a charm !

I just got around to setting it up (took possession mid-April). Downloaded the app and didn't have the "code" but used the SOS button to get the code. The guy on the other end paired it manually and said it could take up to 48 hours to go from "pending" to "active". Took about 3 hours.

I've been using the remote start (live in AZ) daily.
