well you need eyecandy. If you have eyecandy use the bevel filter on the layer the rim is on. Setting will vary, but make sure it is on "OUTER BEVEL." What it does is add a gloss to the outer part of the wheel making it look like it sinks into the tire, such as the chop above.
I have eye candy and Xenofex laying around somewhere but never messed with them really.Can I achieve the same type bevel in the layer styles menu you think? I got something in the mail yesterday about a new version of Eyecandy do you have the upgrade? Is Eyecandy and Xenofex good stuff?
Xenofex/Eyecandy are a must for me. I didnt hear about the new eyecandy. Gonna check it out now. ALso for the bevel, I dunno if you can use the one in layer styles i'll check for you in in a little bit.
