I made these last year for a class and was rumaging around old files when I found them.

What do you think?

Keep in mind that I can't do 3D modeling at all, so even a simple ball and cone is better than I could do.
With that said, if you are looking for an idiots armchair quarterback opinion on your final product then I guess I can give one....

I think the dimensions (wireframe?) is pretty solid, not sure if the components of the car are independant models or not (interior, tires, rims, brake disks, pad, etc) but in general the base looks pretty darn good. Where I would say I have a problem is with the textures. The building and trees and what not don't even really matter that much, but the focal point being the car, the texures and lighting effects need to be on point and currently I would have to say they aren't . It has a "lacking final render" feel to it.
But, this may also be due to the possible limitations of the 3D software you were using, I don't know.

Anyway, like I said I couldn't render a doughnut much less a sports car, so normally I wouldn't have even commented but your post had been sitting out there for a while and didn't want you to get the impression people were ignoring your questions.
