Bitmap-JPEG?

Hey guys, is there any way ro turn a Bitmap picture into a JPEG picture? I would like to post some pics but they are in Bitmap format so I can't

If you have photoshop, open the Bitmap in Photoshop, and click Save As... Then save the file extensions as .jpg.

By the way if you ever find that your JPG is too large, do the following, first use the crop tol and make it as small as you can. Then go to File>Save for Web...

Click the 4 way Tab on top, and click on one of the pictures, then adjust the "QUALITY" slider ont he right till you see the image size drop below 100k.
