I had just made a video and want to post it up but I want to hide my plate number. Is there a way to edit the plate if I send the video to someone.

I don't know and no tools. Whats the best way to send it, to someones email?

 

You really need to determine how big the file is and what type it is.

If you have a 200 MB file, for instance, that would not be something you could readily email to someone. If it's a file from iMovie or something specific to Mac, you'd have a problem giving it to someone on Windows, and vice versa with certain Windows file types.

So, first, see if you can determine the size. Also, how did you create it?
