If you had a bigger pic I could get a more details picture for you.
Make sure you have clearance for your brakes. Some wheels won't clear them. Especially if you have a BBK.

I wouldn't worry too much about that, it appears that you car is stock an doesn't have a BBK.

well im gonna drop it about 1.8 inches but 18's still wouldnt rub tho right?
rims il be gettin i think are 18X7.5 idk?

Check with Tire Rack for your correct offset. Don't think you'll have problems with 18's...
