I see a lot of people have this style sig. where do you guys get this? or do you make it? if so what style font is it?

That is a made sig I believe.
And the font could be damn near anything. Its similar to a few.
A quick scan of those for me shows these to be close:

SF Quartziter
Sans Serif
SF Arborcrest
SF Automan Condensed

And I have like 1,000+ fonts so it may be another one that is closer but I am not going through all of them to get an exact match. Those will get you close enough it looks like. Plus adding a inside stroke at 1 pixel. Or outside depending on your original resultion and how far down you bring it down.

Ohh and it has a gradient from white to black in it. As well as scan lines. Diagonal ones.

And my guess is that the Camera itself if a brush. A picture of the Camera turned into a brush.
