I need to fade/blend this image in behind this logo I made and still be able to read the words. I don't know it if would look best centered or what, you be the judge.

Anyone help pls? I have gone as far as I can here.

I assumed the image below, but im a little confused with your instructions could you clarify please.

 

Sure.

- The logo with the text is the size it needs to be.
- The picture needs to be behind the logo.
- The picture can be set where ever it looks best (centered, offset)
- The logo should be shaded properly to allow the words to be seen over the image.

Pretty much, but it is still only the size of the picture, and not the logo text image.
