Convert B&W into color again??

I have a black and whitish picture and id just like it colorized again. i dont have PS on this comp and was wondering if someone could take 30 seconds and run it for me. If you can jsut email me @ xdsmx@aol.com and ill reply with the picture. Thanks guys

what kind of photo? It all depends on the photo and its quality.
