I used Microsoft Office's picture viewer to resize to 75x75 pixels.

Just save to your gallery, then add in your user setup.

 

Thank's for decreasing the pixels,but could you crop out the extra grey area and make the words larger to read? All I want to show is the badge! Thank's once again!-wringo
