I have a 2006 Lexus is350 with ppe headers+ x pipe + custom dual exhaust mated to cherry bomb glasspacks + Invidia Q300 mufflers(no meow meows), I also have valves after the glass packs for when I want to be obnoxiously loud. the exhaust was way too raspy and high pitched with just the Q300 mufflers so I welded in 2 glasspacks(red sections) which made it sound a little better but it's still too raspy for my liking. so my question is what mufflers can I replace the invidias with so that it will have a deeper growl like a v8? I'd like the muffler to have similar volume and no drone like the q300 but deeper sounding.
Have you considered adding some resonator’s back in? That should help a bit. But the headers are a huge reason for the raspiness .
I added the glasspacks to kill some of the raspyness, which it did, with the valves open it's not that raspy but just extremely loud like if someone stole your cats, with the valves closed the q300 mufflers make it sound like a riced out Honda civic when shifting from 1st to 2nd at around 3k rpm
I would either swap out the mufflers for a Vibrant Resonator and have a muffler delete, or add the resonator and swap out the muffler to a flow master muffler.

but that's the question, which specific muffler though ?
