Default Body, motor, drivetrain difference?

OK, I'm new on this board and I'm interested in the GS300 and SC300 cars. I dont know too much about them but all i know is that the motor is the same on the N/A supra. I am just curious on to how much different the drivetrains and motors are between these 3 cars? supra, sc, and gs. I am more interested in the GS300. All i want to know, and i read yall debating about the ECU being different, but all i need to know is if a 6- speed supra tranny would line up correctly? Which parts are different. rear-end? Im not a big fan of automatics so thats why I'm asking!

Now Powerhouse racing has complete turbo kits for N/A supra's

http://www.supraturbo.com/street_power_jan-feb%2098.htm (Not bad prices)

2jz-ge motor is basically identical to the 2jz-gte motor. besides from compression and basic bolt-on parts. which are all included in powerhouses package. Reasonably you arent going for stock HP or anything, but I think this would be a really good project car. Cheaper then buying a TT supra. Under $20k for the car and 600+ HP aint bad!
Im just looking for a nice clean show and speed car. I already have a Stealth RT/TT which i love but want something different and original.
But i'm not going to change unless i get my facts straight
