Default Nitrous tech and theory

This is unrelated to my GS, but seeing if any of the performance guys on here have some insight. I have enough left over parts to throw some laughing gas at my little 200sx and the Pepboys near me has become a refill station! I installed a kit before on my old vette. But for this little car just looking to spray a small 50 shot on the little 1.6L engine. The forum for this car and engine is dead and no one ever visits or responds to anything, so asking here. I plan to do a wet setup just spraying in before the throttle. I'm trying not to go to crazy with it. All I need to get is a bottle and nozzle. But usually I run a wideband with an AFR gauge on cars I'm modding. I think on this thing it should be fine to just spray and not go through all the hassle and cost of wideband etc. Planing to just judge by the plugs if I need to slightly re-jet etc. But I'm having trouble finding any info on if I should upgrade the fuel pump. I'd think a typical system should be able to handle a 50 shot wouldn't you think? I do have a spare Walbro 255 that fits the hanger, but I don't want to be pushing to much pump for the engine either. I also know they say to go a heat range colder on the plugs, but for a 50 shot? Anyone have any experience juicing a 4 cyl and any suggestions? This is on the cheap! No bottle heaters, no progressive electronics, etc. Just an arming switch and WOT switch at the pedal. Am I playing with fire not monitoring my AFRs with a gauge? Any insight would be appreciated.
