Your in NJ...So you have a AWD 300? If so the first thing you should do it throw a RR racing or D3 tune on so you get the extra power available on the 350 from your de tuned 3.5L. I've had a pretty good experience with RR racing personally, I got a stock 350 tune for my AWD 300 and the full power RR racing tune with the higher rev limit from them.
