Default Car running rich both banks

Cel light came on and I plugged my OBD and got a p0172 and p0175 here are the things I did or looked into to solve the issue with no luck:
New throttle plate
New Maf
New Air filter
Inspected and replaced some vacuum hoses
Tested the fuel pressure regulator
Service the plugs(were very dirty) and carbon clean intake manifold(lots of carbon deposit)
what can cause both banks to run rich?
I was thinking maybe a stuck open injector but would that make both banks run rich. (Should I maybe inspect the injectors?
I am yet to check the oxygen sensors.
I will upload some live data to help figure out the problem.
also replaced fuel pump.
Also the car is showing the following Evap Codes : I will attach screen shots.
what I was to ask if could Evap codes make my car run rich?

Both banks stft and ltft are in the high negatives

Only Evap codes

Reset the ECU. Disconnect the negative side on the battery for more than 20 minutes. Then check how fast its going rich.
