Lexus IS200t Single Exit Exhaust

this may be a dumb question but is there any single exit exhaust for the is200t? ive only seen dual exit but im curious why there isn't any single exit?

Not sure if anyone's looked at the IS300h, but if the diffuser will fit on an IS 200t, then you could put a single exhaust setup on with some modification, or go with a turn down exhaust.
