No one is going to spoon feed you this info. This has been covered many many times. Also its not nearly as cheap as you think. Its at least $5k to do the swap correctly

There is a company in Florida, Drag International that will do a basic Aristo swap for around $5500 out the door.

DragInt's basic pricing for GTE swap is:

"For Lexus GS300 1998-2001 : $6000
For Lexus GS300 2002-2005 : $6300

I may be making that trip soon myself as I need to visit the area. From talks with other customers and Drag themselves, the turn around is basically 1 day turnkey.

Damn I need to start charging more for the 98~00 swaps but because they do only take 1 day I've been doing them for much less. And like on marcman804 's car I even used an immobilizer ecu reflashed with his original key so that the immobilizer still functions as normal for no extra.

Is that price labor only or all parts included?

Before I had my swap professionally done by @99 GS3 I thought about doing it myself. So glad I had a pro do it because I havent had one issue whatsoever. My car performs as if it rolled off the factory line that way. A/C, cruise, everything still works as it should. And the turn around time was amazing, only took about a day and a half. Its well worth paying for. Ive heard the horror stories where people have went the cheap route and years have went by and their cars still are barely running or they just abandoned the build. As the saying goes... "You get what you pay for!"
