cheap turbo kit

Anyone have any suggestions on a cheap turbo kit for my 2002 Lexus gs300. The car has 111k miles on it what turbo kit can I do and keep engine stock or small mods and keep factory auto? And also what would be a safe hp to have the car at 300-350?

The cheap turbo kit doesn't include 1/2 of the work or parts you need to do, most of which you have to fabricate (or have someone else do it $$$).
