Default 2jzgte stock twins

hi guys I'm new to the Lexus forums, I had an IS300 about 10 yrs back, my dream was to boost it but of course did not have the greens at the time.
Fast forward to today, I picked up a wrecked IS300. already has a 2jzgte swap, some bolt on parts are cx racing I

here's a pic of the engine bay.
ntercooler light weight drive shaft,
I believe it's tuned. the previous owner I contacted didn't know much about the build. he had a shop do the swap for him.

long story short, I found alot of oil inside my Intercooler piping. did some research came to a conclusion of bad turbo seals.
I want the car to run right! not looking for a mega hp monster. can anyone here lead me into the right direction of how to fix this problem?
thought about single turbo but don't want (or know) to deal with injectors fuel pumps etc.

is there a rebuild kit for the stock twins or do I need to buy used stock twins I saw on ebay.
again im on a budget so don't want to spend alot. please help thanks
