Question IS300 2002 found a P0302 misfire cyl 2

So, I have changed all spark plugs, wires, connectors, and coils. Ran into a little issue with a broken screw but JB weld fixed that. The car was running great 2 days after repair, then yesterday the engine came on. The Track is off. Cars seems to be running fine. I have been on FWY and sideroads. It takes off well and seems more zippy. But the tester shows me:

P0302 misfire cyl 2
P0420
Any ideas?
Thanks in advance, I a new here and new to DIY on the IS300, so please dumb it down for me.

I'd clean your maf and check that your o2 sensors are cycling voltage properly.
