Default Steering of IS250C

Just purchased a 2015 IS250C. I notice the steering wheel does not come back on it's own when I turn it over 90% and let go of the wheel. In fact, the steering wheel will continue to increase to 100% when my hands are removed. The Lexus dealer told me this is a characteristic of IS250 cars. Is this true?
