Default Powdercoat vs Polished Aluminum

Is there any difference in performance and quality? This is for an intake, mainly want to know if one is better than the other at staying cool and also durability.

1. I don't believe an intake will provide much performance no matter which way you go, the powder coated one may be slightly and maybe insignificantly better against heat soak because it protects the aluminum from external heat but aluminum gets hot no matter what
2. Quality I would say is dependent on manufacturer not if it's powder coated
