How does a jdm aristo 2jzgte vvti get diagnosed for problems
i am undergoing my swap and just had a concern. How does mechanics diagnose the motor for issues when they arise if scanners are unable to scan them???

Techstream on a PC, through the OBD port as normal.

finally got techstream running, does car need to be running to get it to read. Health check doesn't complete
