C's made them for the extended tripod jzz 154's. They are rare to find, but it does tighten up the pattern considerably.
If you can find one that is still the complete kit, expect it to likely be $250-450.

They do have nice adjustable throw kit now! But, it is ONLY for the early r154, it does not fit the late model tripod r154 that the op was referring too..
