Hi Guys,

First post here so forgive any ignorance.

I have just purchased a Lexus IS300 Sportcross on a 2003 plate.

It needs a new gearbox but there is so much conflicting information online about what the gearbox number is.

I have spoken to a guy who says 3F-302 will be fine, that appears to come from a GS300 but i also read that they are the same gear box.

is that correct? Or Can anyone recommend a site or expert who can help?

Its a 5 speed automatic.
