40+whp with a tune??? No way?
I remember following a thread in the ISF section about Novel tuning in Japan doing a tune on a Red ISF but it ended up resulting in "seat of the pants " feel and higher Rev limit more than anything

Oh I know that, I was implying that the only difference the tune made was a higher revving engine and the illusion of being faster and stronger. But realistically it didn't gain anything on the dyno.

That is awesome! I can't believe there is actually a tune for a Lexus engine
I really hope they can do the same for the is350, I can almost GAURANTEE there will be plenty business to be had if they do. Damn.. I have never wanted to trade up to an ISF as much as I do now

I hope that they do end up doing more work into the 250/350 range but dont get hyped too fast. Shop cars are different from Day to Day cars. Shop cars go in and out of the computer, reflashed regularly so they can keep the tune. The real question is how long will it last. (on the ecu before it reverts back, as well as will the engine last)
I will believe it when I see a DYNO vid of 1500 miles vs 15k miles. Thats the real question
