Default Swap issue. Orange and grey jumpers

I have my swap almost finished in my 1999 gs300. It seems to be in limp mode and I am having the shift lock problem. Im hunting all over the forums trying to find out how to repin the orange and grey plugs. I really do not know what they are talking about. I do not know if mine came with the jumpers or not. What am I looking for or doing with this grey and orange plug/jumper thing?

Yes - this info seems hard to find.
