Invidia mid pipe back ordered?

Is the invidia mid pipe still in back order ? Last time I checked was like a month ago not sure if they still are

When I saw on Amazon.com it say 1-2 month to shift from Tawian. Hot item wonder why they don't make extra and stock up. I want to get one for my IS350.

I ordered one on e-bay yesterday and it has already shipped. I'm expecting to receive it middle of next week.
