Okay so my college is subscribed to all data and I found this. I think there's a way to flash our ECU's now

Alldata ECU flash guide? It's like a 20 page full of info and parts and tools for it.

I've seen some stuff on agency power site and increases 40lbs torque

Calm down this isn't anything new. Just because you can "flash" an ECU doesn't mean you can change the fuel/timing and make more power. Anyone with an eBay OBDII cable and Techstream can "flash" various parameters into the control units on the car.
