Oh boy.....

These are retail approximate costs, and assuming a dealer install witha rate of ~$85/hr

> SRT Intake: ~550
>Torque Converter: ~1100 installed
>3.76 LSD: ~700-900 installed - depends on how good of a price you get on the unit

>Torque Mater Plugs ~200 installed

Those are all the power adders I can think of, that I have experience with, off the top of my head

3.76 LSD for $700-$900 installed. That's next on my list and your quote is significantly under what I have found for even the price of the "RMM" LSD alone. Unless you got in on Steve's $400 closeout deal last year, the RMM type LSD is going for $1200-$1400 for the part alone. The TRD version costs significantly less for the parts [$700] but costs a lot more for labor.

So what I'm saying is... can you hook me up?!

I know a guy.

But yeah, the Torsen (I tryt o get out of the habit of calling it a 'RMM' - they just resell the OEM Toyota part) has a much lower cost of installation; maybe 2hrs. @ <insert your shop's labor rate here>.
