Isn't that a little "big" for an is350? I'm no expert, but from what I recall when I looked, that might not give you much in the lower revs. From what I recall the Rotrex c38-61 or c38-71 were pretty close to the sweet spot. The Vortech all seemed to be aimed at lower power or higher power.
Maybe you could swap yours for a Rotrex, but used Rotrex don't seem to come up that often. I don't want to dissuade you from doing this at all, but I'd hate to see you put in a ton of time and work just to find out it isn't really what you want. Once you got the Vortech working, switching to another blower is possible, but you'd have to change crank pulley and mounting, which could be kind of time consuming.
If you go ahead, good luck, I'll be checking on the progress.

I didn't mean physically too big, although that may be true. I think this thing is meant more for V8. I think it might not kick in until the revs are fairly high. Max HP is listed at 775 and max flow at 1150 cfm. Rotrex c38-61 OTOH is listed at 557 HP max, and 0.48kg/s flow, which is about 830cfm (if I did the math right), which I think would kick in much lower in the rev range. Check out the other SC build threads to see how they fit. I see a used V2 with a start bid of $1425 on ebay, and a new one with a buy it now just under $1900. I know there are various models of v2, but I'm not inclined to go find out which ones are which.
