Default Need more power!

I'm new to this so bear with me. I have an '06 IS250 and really would like to add some horsepower. I would like to keep the cost under 1,000 but I do not want to waste my money. Can someone suggest some mods. Anything would help

Lol.

In other words this has been beat to death. There aren't any mods for the is250 that are worth the cost to give additional power, nothing even meaningful. You can drop a few grand into it and still not get 100hp - it would be better to take that money and upgrade to the IS350 for a 100hp gain. Or go all out for an ISF. Money is better spent getting into a different car than upgrading the IS250 engine, really. Same goes for the IS350 and ISF, not much for upgrades. They are great engines for what they are, but it's not like a Subaru here you can dump a grand in and see 100hp. Not going to happen.

Save the $1000 for a down payment on an IS350.
