Default Is this all I need?

Howdy folks,

I think it's time to start modding my IS. I'd like to start with either the F-Sport Intake or the Sway bar set. Lowering/coils, chassis brace, etc. are no interest to me. Keeping it basic, mostly to improve handling without changing the car too much.

I'd like to get the parts off Sewell so I'm not ripped off at the dealer. Could you guys confirm the following is all I would need for the two mods:

Intake: http://is.sewellparts.com/accessorie...2012/1793.html

Sways: http://is.sewellparts.com/accessorie...2012/5408.html

If I walk up to the dealer with the above, would they need anything else to install? I'm not too mechanically inclined, so I'll pay the 1 hour labor.

Thanks.

Your best bang-for-your-buck mods that I recommend are the Joe Z Intake Pipe and the F-Sport Rear Sway Bar. Both are affordable, easy to install yourself, and have proven gains in both horsepower (5 rwhp) and handling (less understeer).

If this is what you are after, you want a set of performance tires. An intake obiously won't make the car handle better. I don't know what you have for tires now, but I'm still betting that a good set of sticky rubber will improve your handling WAY more than a set of swaybars.

Course a good set of sticky tires for the summer may necessitate a set of snow tires for the winter as well.

Yea, tires would need to be replaced too; I'm still on the stock tires right now.

Maybe go sways first rather than intake? I realize the intake doesn't necessarily do much except for sound.
