He's asking about normal and spot (put in D and drive or using manual shift) not normal vs PWR mode
Modes has 3 options:
1. NORMAL
2. PWR
3. SNOW

there is 2 types:
1. Regular (put in D and drive)
2. Sport (allow to use pedal shift and auto manual shift)

I chose Normal mode + Sport type
