Default 2JZGTE VVTi Limp Mode Help

I just picked up my GS430 from the shop. I was told it is now in safe mode or "limp" mode. Im daily driving it with no boost. Its not fun having a 67mm turbo with no boost. Im running the stock Aristo 2jzgte vvti ECU. The engine wont revv passed 4000rpm. What should I do?

I would but I think I am more familiar with this project than they are. Its been issue after issue since day one, about three months ago.

Im doing a bit of research and I think I am getting close to narrowing it down to the MAF sensor. The MAF sensor Im using is off of an IS300. The pipe its on is about 2.5" in diameter. I was told from another source that I need to be using an SC430 MAF sensor (22204-20010), The MAF is currently unplugged from the connector. When I connect it, the motor turns off.

I had this issue when my TPS went bad, check it with a volt meter and make sure it is within spec.
