Default OEM timing belt max power

I have a 02 IS300. Just want to find out what is the max horse power that can be put on he oem timming belt. I just put a new one in about 500 miles ago, and i just compleated piecing my turbo kit togeather. The most i will push is going to be 400 because im working on getting a transmission.( hard to find in hawaii). I will be puting the turbo in within the next month, so ill buy a new belt like a gates or greddy or the oem one is good. Just would like to know if anyone has an idea.

there is no reason to replace it with anything else, even in the 800+ range, and I'd have no problem in the 1000+ range...
