The last two days i've decided to use the Manual mode on the GS4.. Yesterday and today while leaving the house i tried to put into 2nd gear and it would stop at 3rd gear and then start beeping. Its done this 2 days in row but when the car warms the beeping goes away and then i can get it into 2nd.


So i'm guessing the tranny needs to warm up to a certain temp? I've never heard this before but i've also never put into Manual mode while the car was just started.. Always did while driving after awhile..

Is this normal?

 

Yes, the needle has to be at least between 0 and half on the temp guage
