I've got the driveshaft you need. It worked perfectly for me but I went TH400 so I no longer need it.

What all would I need to swap my gs300 to aristo. Driveshaft shifter etc

Factory driveshaft and shifter. The GS300 diff flange is smaller than flange on aristo and GS400 so you need to swap the output flange if swapping to GS400/aristo diff on a GS300

do you know if the aristo diff is lsd compared to the stock gs300 one?

it was a rare option on offered on certain Aristo TT V300 a factory Rear end with the 3:73 gears and and Limited Slip come up on eBay and even with high mileage, no warranty, and no guarantee it doesn’t need to be rebuilt, and they still command a minimum of about $2000. Basically the same LSD rear end standard in a Mk4 Supra TT Automatic.
