I think he's talking about the exhaust tips with the baffles around the inner lining. These are angle-cut aka slash cut instead of just a straight cut down through the pipe, so it looks like this / instead of this | (from the side)

They have them on the Sewell Lexus parts site I think.

 

I still have no idea lol. Hopefully when I see some pictures, Ill understand

 

yea it's on the sewell website... but i wanted to see it on the car cause their pictures of the tips do no justice
