trac off and abs..

I've got a 2001 IS300 with just intake on it, yesterday I was driving and the trac off light started flashing and the abs light came on. I know just from past experience it could be the o2 sensor. I replaced all 4 o2 sensors almost 2 months ago so I wasn't thinking thats the problem. Today it went off though while I was driving, and then randomly came back on after about 10 miles of driving. Any of you guys have any idea what it could be ? Maybe an o2 sensor trying to go bad ? I'm just not sure at this point.

Your ABS light came on means you may have a bad ABS sensor or something in that department.

yup... if just the trac light flashes, it can be an emissions related engine failure, but if the ABS light is on as well, there is a good chance it is speed sensor related... going to need a scantool, potentially a good one to do some diagnosis with this one...
