Cheapest place for Apex'i WS exhaust?

I might be in the market for a catback exhaust thats quiet, so the Apexi WS exhaust fits the bill nicely.

Whats the absolute cheapest place to pick up this exhaust?

Anyone got hookups in So Cal??
