You'll be fine. You only have an axle back which doesn't do anything to make you fail. So as your intake

 

I'm not from America, but why don't you guys return your car back to stock then get it smog checked? That's what i do when I have to go for safety inspection in Australia. Sure it might be time consuming but you'll guarantee to pass

 

Where can I do this I have 2 o2 sensor and 2 abs codes popping up on my car.. Would like to pass smog but need to get that taken care of first.. +$60 sounds like a great deal, I've heard shops charging $250+

 

2007 IS350 with FSport exhaust, passed no problem last month in San Jose, CA.
